A delegation of Grupo Iñesta made up of four of its members gathered as exhibitors at the third Biostimulants World Congress held by New AG International in Miami, Florida.
As in the previous two editions, this was an international scientific and technical congress to review the latest knowledge about these products increasingly used in the production of crops around the world.
Our member of the Technical Dpt., Dr. Juan Carlos Vera, PhD in Experimental Biology, presented our study on the intracellular accumulation of proline and malondialdehyde of cells in suspension in barley and tomato cultures under conditions of salt stress, which obtained an excellent acceptance. He also presented the study by Cristina García, graduate in Biology, on obtaining biostimulants from the bacterial fermentation of agroindustrial waste to protect the pea plants exposed to a combination of abiotic stress conditions.
In addition, Grupo Iñesta had a stand where we were able to show the company’s philosophy, as well as its advanced Technical Dpt. and the product catalog for its different brands: Alfredo Iñesta, Hispano Americana de Fertilizantes and Teca.
This event was a great experience for Grupo Iñesta, as a company of international prestige in R & D and allowed us to strengthen relationships with scientists, agricultural advisors, manufacturers of biostimulants for plant nutrition, research institutions, journalists and government agencies, suppliers and distributors from more of 75 different countries.
